A 33-year-old man in Washington, D.C. is facing a 5-year jail sentence for pointing a Lazer at the helicopter Marine One. the man was walking the streets flashing the Lazer at multiple objects and was accosted by a police officer who shine his flashlight at the man. he in turn pointed his Lazer at the officer and then at the helicopter Marine One as it flew overhead. The man now faces a felony for his actions which can result in a 5-year jail sentence. Flashing a Lazer at an aircraft is a felony.
