Midi Ripping, now with a G.U.I. | A GBA_Mus_Riper Followup

A followup to Gba_mus_riper. As it turns out, Github user "CaptainSwag101" had made a GUI version of the music ripping tool. Now you got a less CMD commands to memorize, and more convenient menu tools to work with!
