UFO Does Something Unusual

On this video we have no location or date.

But this object does something unusual. The top seems to lower down and then raise back up.

It didn't dart or dash, it simply spun, slow and steady, like it knew we were watching.

No sound, no rush, just that quiet turn in the sky. Was it a tech issue, a visitor, or something else entirely?
