Super Typhoon Ragasa wreaks havoc in Taiwan, targets Hong Kong

Super Typhoon Ragasa, the year’s most powerful tropical cyclone, is wreaking havoc in parts of Asia. The storm left at least 14 dead and many more missing in Taiwan's eastern county of Hualien, according to officials there on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Hong Kong raised its highest typhoon warning early Wednesday, prompting business and transport shutdowns. Syakir Jasnee reports.
