Mark's father and mother bought the original 123 acre/50Ha irrigation farm in 1976, in 1987 the farm became Bio-Dynamic. Mark and Lynne took over the farm in 2000 and now have 180Ha. Bio-Dynamics is an enhanced form of Organic farming.

Their Bio-Dynamic milk is produced with the emphasis on healthy soil,heathy pasture,heathy cows to produce good quality milk, achieved without using Chemicals or artificial fertilisers. Currently milking around 180 cows, they hope to grow the herd to 200+ in the next few years, depending on demand for Demeter milk.

Their Bio-Dynamic milk is sold by the Bio-Dynamic Marketing Company under the Demeter Milk label and is used by specialty coffee outlets like some Jasper coffee shops, Three Belle's Creations (Nathalia), Bunbartha beef (Shepparton) and is available in health food shops stocking Bio-Dynamic and Organic food.
