Resident Evil 7 - Part 31

I'll try and condense this section as it had me running back and forth trying to find the fuse for the elevator. Like the rest of the game this current section where you play as Mia has you on a roller coaster of feeling safe, and feeling vulnerable as your ammunition dwindles. It's not enough to be able to kill an enemy, you need to be able to kill it efficiently, or determine if you need to waste ammo on it at all. Usually in RE games on easy/normal mode you have enough ammo to kill everything, but that doesn't mean you spray and pray whenever a boogyman pops out.

I appreciate how there are so many aspects of this game that can effect difficulty. Ammo, health, enemies, all can be tampered with to adjust the difficulty of the game and determining the correct values for each difficulty is part of the artistic expression of the game developers. The difficulty of a game contributes to the desired experience the developer (artist) wants you to have. This is why I'm usually against the ability for players to adjust difficulty at any point in a game. It produces players who adverse to challenge, and it produces developers who are lazy when it comes to fine tuning their game's desired experience.
