Cheese cake: 3 eggs, 130 g sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, 130 g butter, 2-3 tbsp sour cream 15-20%, 200 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder. Filling: 250 g cream cheese, 50 g sugar, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp cornstarch. Bake at 150-160°C for 45-50 minutes. Diameter tray 24cm
