Judge Smacks Down Trump's $15 Billion New York Times Lawsuit

A federal judge issued a damning rebuke of Donald Trump's lawsuit against the New York Times. The four page order describes in detail the requirements and purpose of a complaint, the mechanism which creates a lawsuit, and goes on to state unequivocally, the complaint is decidedly improper and impermissible. The order strikes the complaint, meaning it's gone and gives Trump's attorneys 28 days to file a different one, else the lawsuit be concluded.
