How I'm Working with a New Ultarunning Client

I'm working with a new client, who is an ultrarunner.

We are meeting about once per month, and are working on a variety of goals.

He has a time goal for his road half marathon, long-term ultramarathon goals, healthy habit goals, and day-to-day areas that he wants to improve. There's a lot of good stuff going on.

So far, I've sent him a few habit and self-care resources. Soon, I'll be sending him a pre-race questionnaire for an upcoming race.

I'm really enjoying working with this person.
