This gentleman is a retired law enforcement officer.
He had the IRS enter him into "US Tax Court".

Sounds scary right?

He saw us.
He inquired.
He took our class.
He joined our Platinum group.

Let me show you the LEGAL FOCKERY.

They "filed" a case against him in US Tax Court.

Yikes! Right??
Wow US Tax Court!
Must be a scary powerful government court!

Nope.

To respond to a so called suit filed against him, the US Tax Court wanted HIM to pay the $60 filing fee!

That's insane.
He is not the claimant.
He's the respondent.
It shouldn't cost anything.

But we tell you, they are all private for profit corporations acting and pretending to be government.

He came to us.
We told him how to respond.

Because of his response, the attorney for the IRS, FILED A RESPONSE ON HIS BEHALF!

Well what about the $60 fee? 🤣

On what planet can the opposing attorney file a response FOR YOU in a real court?

When it's not a real court.
Most people do not know this is LEGAL FOCKERY.

They would be afraid.
They would hire a tax attorney!

They would be hiring a person trained in the art of getting the IRS what it wants out of you.

They do not work for you even if you pay them!

It wouldn't ever cross their mind that the IRS claim is a claim of fraud.

And when you hire that person, he/she is answering FOR YOU, speaking for the LEGAL ENTITY, not you the man or woman.

When you know how to call them out on their BS, they back down.

When you use the Uniform Commercial Code against them, they back down.

They know 99% of people don't know it and they scare you to acquiesce.

It's easy to LAWFULLY EXIT THE IRS.
And if they send you "scary letters", those are not only easy to handle but fun.

We mark them with a middle finger, and have a bad day.
