WHY ARE THERE NO ARRESTS?

Devin Nunes, CEO of Trump Media Group "Truth Social" explains in clear terms how court jurisdictions are weighed in decisions to make arrests.

His explanation reveals clearly why arrests are languishing as convictions may be near impossible if certain court jurisdictions are involved.

Devin mentions the crimes are within the Statute of Limitations.

While discussing the Russia Hoax, Host Dave asks Devin Nunes to comment on accountability of the bad actors involved:

That, you know, they need to … they need to be … they need to at least be indicted. That raises a whole other question that I know you've covered on your show because I’ve heard, because now you’ve got problems with jurisdictions and judges, you know that the spoilage and the rot has went from you know, DNC, Clintons, Obama, rotted into the intelligence and defense world like we talked about, they even corrupted the National Archives, and then they corrupted the court system.

And you're seeing that every day with these decisions coming out. So, the key will be as, you know who, who are … who broke the law, and what's the jurisdiction, where's the grand jury convened, and then … and then what judge do you get … but …

It seems to me impossible that they couldn't indict people, whether or not they're … whether or not they … you get a fair judge and a fair jury. That I don’t know, but hope springs eternal, my friend.

I mean, do you think … I guess with certain people, would it go to a military trial? I mean, right now, the Judiciary I feel is all messed up. I don't feel like a lot of the Judges, they’re you know, either blackmailed or something's up with them, as I think people are starting to see. Could this actually be moved to the military, instead of using the Judiciary if the Judiciary's so bad?

Devin Nunes:
Well, look, this is me. I'm not a lawyer. But I just have to deal with lawyers for my whole life basically … ( Dave: “so you’re like a lawyer”) … um look from my perspective, there are lots of victims here, but President Trump's the victim. President Trump resides in Florida. The Raid on Mar-a-Lago occurred in Florida, seems to me like … that's where you would put a grand jury.

So, you know in a state like Florida … look in most of the Red States, the … you know the justice system seems to be working, not perfectly but it's working.

I'm assuming that those players would want it to go to a Blue State, and I guess that would be a fight in the end of where all this ends up.

Devin Nunes:
Well, if you put it … especially if you put it in Washington DC, then … or even Northern Virginia … you're going to have a problem.
