The sweetest Cat ever

Well he’s our sweetest cat ever anyway. Adopted at 9 months old, he’s now 12 which is 64 years old to us so he’s older than us now. If we go outside he always thinks I’m gonna bring him a treat. He loves grass. I don’t always bring him one but what he does is just so cute. He actually thinks he opens the door, that’s what it looks like to me. He lays there looking at us and as we walk towards the door he blinks his eyes, then the closer we get he starts to move his mouth and heads to the latch and stretching up towards it, meowing and I open it for him but I think he thinks he’s doing it. He’s just so sweet.
His name is Zephyr.
He’s a Turkish Van mix. I think they say he’s a mix because he doesn’t have the orange color on this head and tail. But I rather like the gray, black and a hint of orange pattern. It’s pretty!
