We love (healthy) food! Yes, athletes need to be conscious about the quality of fuel they feed their body, but that shouldn't lead to stressing about your food. We encourage our athletes to eat when they're hungry- bodies need energy to stay strong and healthy during practice, and when they're growing too, they need even MORE power, not less!
