NEWSMAX anchor Rob Finnerty asked internist Dr. Peter McCullough™ about the pathway to regression that is a normal child who receives a combination of vaccines usually given with the first Dose of MMR (Typically at 12–15 Months) including Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine (first dose) Hepatitis A (HepA) vaccine (first dose of a 2-dose series), Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) vaccine (3rd or 4th dose, depending on the brand used earlier), Pneumococcal conjugate (PCV15 or PCV20) vaccine (4th dose). Respiratory syncytial virus monoclonal antibody (RSV-mAb, e.g., nirsevimab) (1 dose, if the mother was not vaccinated during pregnancy and seasonal criteria are met). For the Second Dose of MMR (Typically at 4–6 Years)At this visit, the following vaccines are commonly given alongside MMR: Diphtheria, tetanus, and acellular pertussis (DTaP) vaccine (5th dose), Inactivated poliovirus (IPV) vaccine (4th dose). The Varicella vaccine (second dose): Can be given separately or as the combined MMRV vaccine, which is acceptable at this age since there's no evidence of increased febrile seizure risk in children 4 and older as compared to giving MMRV before age 4 years. McCullough said that acute reactions, pain, and fever due to the robust vaccine combinations drives acetaminophen utilization and this accounts for the association between post-vaccine Tylenol use and autism.
