Account of Matthew by Chuck Missler. Session 19 of 24

Do you think it coincidence that the word "talent" is used here in the parable of the 3 servants? Do you consider that The Lord used a "denarius" to represent a day's wages in The Revelation of Jesus Christ -

«And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.”»

THE REVELATION of Jesus Christ 6:6 (do you also think it coincidence that the chapter/verse is 6:6? One 6 short of "the beast" while talking about the beast system set up)

but here:
talent= a day's wage
and now in modern english
talent= one's gifted, or practiced ability

I do not.
Unfortunately with that/that being said....
I have done exactly that- for a long time.
I was a quiet "christian," I was searching I felt still. I was sinning in many areas still. I did not feel worthy to teach anyone much about anything about the Lord. Now, this was not absolute- I did not stay silent always - and when it came up, I spoke (sometimes), when I felt like it. But I can SURELY say, I shied away from it. Was often wrong, and it was CERTAINLY more about "God" than Jesus Christ, Yeshua.
I let a LOT of opportunities slip away. I was like a child as Paul said, still being fed on milk instead of real food.
But two things I CAN say I always tried to get across to people;
1 the absolute power of God, sovereign in all the universe
2 And the love of God unto us

I also understood that to teach or put onself out there, is to be held to a higher account by God. And so I was the 1 talent guy -, eesh #pulls collar "Is it getting hot in here?" lol. Funny/not funny.
It is what it is, I have done what I have done. I can do nothing about the past, nothing about my sins-
except this- go forward, repentant, and changed. Take the chance, be willing to be wrong. Keep learning from and leaning on the Lord. More and more, more and more.
And keep this always at the forefront of my mind, and my mouth-
It is Jesus Christ whom all glory and power, blessing, strength, thanksgiving and riches, and wisdom are due.
It is He who has redeemed me, my counselor who advocates my mercy. Who has plucked me as a brand from the fire.
And it is His gospel which shall redeem the world.
And I will be quiet no more. And I pray the Father, never again.

The parable of the 10 virgins-
lesson: You cannot just flip on The Holy Spirit. God is not a light switch. (well kinda haha, but hopefully you get me)
YET - contrast that with "the thief on the cross." Forgiven at the very last minute by God Himself.

It is God who :
«I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings.»
The Book of JEREMIAH 17:10

Don't worry per se about the world outward - it is going to do what it is going to do. Nothing can stop what is coming....
Worry about YOU inward.
Don't judge the world outward, go with the Lord and judge yourself inwardly up against The Word of God.
That is our standard.
EDITED 09/25/25- Sometimes when I am writing on the fly like this I miss somethings I am thinking to say. I don't practice this stuff and only do cursory editing. I also meant to say here- I am NOT saying not to fight the evil out there. Not to vote. Not to speak up for what is right or shy away from the fight. Fight the good fight, do what is right - no matter the consequences. Protect the widow and the fatherless, stand up for the meek. Be a warrior, but for the Lord, over the world.
END

And lastly, outside of this lesson from Chuck Missler I wanted to discuss something I rarely do a current events/news story here:

https://rumble.com/v6zej6y-megyn-kelly-updates-on-the-witchcraft-curse-on-charlie-kirk-prior-to-his-mu.html?e9s=src_v1_upp_a

Know this-
and keep it ALWAYS at the forefront of your mind, emblazoned upon your heart, and ready on your lips:
These people have NO POWER over one sealed through Jesus Christ with the Holy Spirit.
If you watched/read the lessons on the Book of Job you should have picked this up.
Satan himself cannot so much as touch you without the say-so of God. Then, do you think some ridiculous etsy witch ten could? Haha, idiotic.
They want SO BADLY to convince you (and themselves) that they have ANY POWER.
They have nothing, except an ever mounting, heaping on of the sins upon their own heads.
It is not just Job where this is said- it's the whole book.
365 times The Lord says do not fear - 1 for every day.
The only way those witches can get to you is through your own fear and doubt.
THAT IS THE SIN. That is their game.
Here is another-
«“Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.»
The Gospel According to MATTHEW 18:18

The Lord bless you and keep you
In the name of Jesus Christ
hosanna in the highest (Lord save, we pray)
Amen
