CLASS #544: Is Morality Universal and, If Not, How Can We Govern Ourselves?

Streamed on:

If you look them up in the modern dictionary, you will be told that morality and ethics are interchangeable words/ideas tied to culture and are not universal in application. I couldn't disagree more. In fact, if there is no such thing as a universal moral law, then all law is an absurdity -- at best. At worse, they are an excuse to commit atrocities. Today, I am going to go straight philosopher mode and discuss how I see this whole issue and why it matters. Give this one a listen and see whether or not you agree with my position.
