MSNBC is reporting that James Comey will be indicted in the coming days

The race is on however, as the statute of limitations for this particular indictment ends on September 30, 2025.

He’s being indicted because on September 30, 2020, Comey lied during Senate Judiciary Committee testimony by denying he authorized leaks of information related to the FBI's Russia investigation. We found out he lied through the declassified documents DNI Gabbard released.

There were reports of someone in within the DOJ reportedly slow-walking the process, hoping for the statute of limitations to run out.. but Trump I read got wind of it and went scorched earth.
