Baltic states ministers lobby to keep US troop presence in region

The United States' Baltic allies continue to lobby Washington to keep thousands of its troops in Europe. Estonia's foreign minister Margus Tsahkna and Lithuania's minister for foreign affairs Kestutis Budrys highlighted the importance of keeping U.S. troops as a deterrent to Russia.
