GTA 6 is set in the fictional U.S. state of Leonida, modeled largely on Florida, including an updated, expansive Vice City, plus rural swamps & keys‑style islands.

In Grand Theft Auto 6, you follow a criminal duo: Lucia Caminos (one of the series first non optional female protagonists) and Jason Duval. Lucia is freshly released from prison; Jason has ties to drug traffickers and was formerly in the Army.

After a bank robbery or “easy score” goes wrong, Lucia and Jason find themselves caught up in a large‑scale conspiracy that spans across Leonida. They must navigate growing dangers, betrayals, law enforcement, and power struggles — relying more on each other the more the situation spirals out of control.
