The Federal Government Putting it's Thumb on the Scale of Race Relations

CRS, The Community Relations Service, was authorized by the Civil Rights Act. It's the agency that always tries to stop race riots before they break out, particularly between Blacks and Whites. CRS will always take sides with Blacks, Right or Wrong.
