On September 15, CBC reporter Elisa Serret delivered an on-air, unchecked antisemitic tirade, thinly disguised as “analysis.” Her remarks crossed every professional and ethical line expected of a journalist.
This incident must be more than a passing controversy. It should mark a turning point for the CBC, as it has laid bare a deeper, systemic issue within our public broadcaster that can no longer be ignored.
