Tim seekins claims he knows where Chief Handler lives but he won't go to his house and fight him. He thought he could trick me into doing something about but I don't believe Andrew mellgren is the Chief Handler troll from YouTube. I haven't seen any solid concrete evidence so no green light. This is just a revenge for hire plot and a real life conspiracy to commit murder or great bodily harm.
