SLAVERY IS BACK! Brian Webb brings charges against RFK jr, the FDA and MartyMcCary

Brian Webb has filed a lawsuit against the FDA under Marty McCary, alleging that since January 2024 the agency has deprived Americans of their fundamental right to refuse secret medical experiments on their bodies, biosamples, or the collection of biometric data. This, he argues, violates the 13th Amendment to the Constitution, which explicitly prohibits slavery. The issue also extends to services that gather data and secretly pass it on to paying third parties. According to Webb, the FDA now permits medical experiments on humans without their informed consent. He contends that these practices constitute a blatant violation of several constitutional provisions, making the lawsuit necessary.
