DHS steps up protections at immigration centers after shooting

Authorities have identified the suspect in the ICE detention center shooting in Dallas as 29-year-old Joshua John. The FBI says he fired from a rooftop, striking the building and vehicles on site. One detainee was killed, two others critically injured.
