Tire Separates from Rim on Highway

Info from Licensor: "This car passed me with its rear passenger tire smoking, the driver had a hard time keeping it in the lane. And it looked like something bad was about to happen. The back tire then came off the rim and instead of stopping, they kept driving on the rim."
