A surprise witness, a former Venezuelan election official, has submitted sworn testimony confirming that Smartmatic software used to rig elections in Venezuela is structurally similar to Dominion software used in Colorado and across the U.S.

He further revealed that former Smartmatic engineers now oversee Dominion’s U.S. operations, including in Texas, and that Communist regimes like Venezuela, Cuba, and China are connected to the components and architecture of our voting systems.
