2. Bring awareness to the repeating pattern (relationship, habit, or wound). Awareness = the first crack in the chain.
3. Say out loud with feeling:

“I NOW REVOKE ALL SOUL CONTRACTS ACROSS ALL DIMENSIONS AND TIMELINES THAT NO LONGER SERVE MY ETERNAL SELF. I COMMAND ALIGNMENT WITH MY ORIGINAL DIVINE BLUEPRINT HERE AND NOW.”

4. Feel it land in your body. Breathe. Let the energy re-arrange.

- Remember: sovereignty is a choice.

- You don’t have to carry karmic luggage from past lives.

- Decide you will no longer self-martyr or self-sacrifice to old loops—and watch the old contract demanifest so the new can appear.
