Hillary Clinton would have carried out the second half of a 16-year route to finalize the fall of the USA with a major catastrophe. A "nuclear" attack that gets blamed on Russia or NK. That would have effected the supply chain and cause trauma, death and famine before a real pandemic with a release of an airborne pathogen and a protracted, 5 year lockdown(instead of a fake a pandemic with a 9 month lockdown) that would have had the population softened up and too preoccupied with trauma and survival too resist and unable to resist mandatory weaponized inoculation(compared to optional, de-weaponized vaccines under Operation Warp Speed).
