Session 4: The Trinity, The Resurrection & Jesus: True God, True Man

In Session 1, we asked: Is it reasonable to believe God exists? In Session 2, we examined atheism as a belief system. In Session 3, we saw man’s natural religious sense and the universal search for God, closing with Christianity’s claim that Jesus is God and the revelation of the Trinity.
Now, in Session 4, we go deeper. We start with a quick aside on Angels. Then we wrap up our discussion on The Trinity. We then move on to Jesus, first by looking at the Resurrection, following Dr. Jeff Mirus’ careful analysis of the arguments against it. Then we turn to Scripture itself: what does the Bible say about Jesus’ identity? We’ll trace the biblical foundation of His claims to divinity, seeing how the earliest Christians recognized in Him not just a prophet or teacher, but God Himself come in the flesh.
