This video will save you hundreds of hours of trial end error in the swimming pool. I’ve boiled down swimming to literally two ingredients. Learning the correct Swimming breathing technique and allowing your body to relax so much that it naturally floats to the surface of the water.

Everything else, like learning swimming strokes, how fast and fit you are will come after those two. Once you take control of your subconscious mind and teach your body to calmly move in the water, everything else will be easier.
