[UPDATE] Living With Autoimmune Disease🙅🏻‍♀️Sharing My Health Journey

I believe it’s important to share my Health Journey. I know there’s others out there going through the same ordeal. Let’s talk about it… It’s been quite the year for me. I’ve been diagnosed with MOGAD - an Autoimmune Disease. Which thank god we caught early on. I’m grateful I didn’t lose my vision. My right eye is still a bit blurry. After my side effects from the first IVIG infusions. I’m nervous about doing my DIY Skincare. I felt my body was rejecting everything. But now that my body is accepting the new infusion medication. I’m in the clearance to slowly introduce my DIY skincare treatments. It’s important to share this part of my Selfcare Era because… Selfcare isn’t only skincare. It’s a big umbrella of Caring for yourself. Which includes Health and Mental Wellbeing; meaning we should make physical appointments. Always get labs drawn; for me I love biohacking. Therefore I like to keep up with labs. I don’t want to piss out expensive peptides and vitamins. I always say listen to your body, your gut instinct. Your body will tell you there’s something wrong; don’t ignore it. I’m all about spreading positive messages; and lending an ear. This is your reminder to make that appointment 😘
