Congress has FAILED to pass a budget on time -- again -- and is threatening to shut down the Federal government unless #PresidentTrump approves spending $1,000,000,000,000 (TRILLION) dollars on #IllegalAlien free health care and trans surgeries for minor. Which the VAST majority of Americans don't support. So, of course, he's trying to blame #PresidentTrump for not giving into their blackmail.
