There are Gifts in Every Moment - Stay Open

You are so loved! Everything is actually pure love! We’ve just been so taught that we need to close our heart and protect ourselves. We think everyone is unsafe or can hurt us, when in truth, it is all love. And our shutting down is what rejects everything we actually desire. When we don’t have gratitude for the gifts we are receiving, we receive less of those gifts. We just don’t attract them when we aren’t open to them. We receive more challenging, but loving lessons. Like I said, it is all love. It’s all teaching us to come back to our hearts. To heal ourselves and open our hearts to receive again.

I am seeing how closed down I was my whole life. How I self protected and withheld love and respect for myself and others. How I ran away from real love - deep feelings - many times because I feared it. We fear it because we don’t feel worthy of it. It feels deeply unfamiliar and scary to the ego. It’s worth taking the time to heal yourself and reopen your heart so that you can welcome in all of the love you are being showered with every day!

When I say love, it could also be someone giving you a nudge to do something that is divine. Or a sudden moment of clarity from your higher self. Or it could be someone that you had feelings of resentment for doing something nice for you, and you can’t fully appreciate it. We need to stay open and not allow the ego to shut down or question everything.

There’s so many reasons to open our hearts. And truly, everyone on this planet is healing, whether they see it or not. We are all ascending in our own ways and on our own path and journey. So throw away the past, stop clinging to the future, and be present right now with an open heart and a clear mind. Receive all of the gifts you are being given. It is all love.
