This past week I was threatened and deactivated by Jackrabbit Deliveries — and to make things worse, ezCater was absolutely no help. In this video, I break down what happened, how these platforms handle (or fail to handle) driver issues, and why this matters for every gig worker.

I also share what steps I’m taking next, including reaching out to the FTC and other legal entities to hold these companies accountable.
