Manaich /manouche (pizza arabe)
si no las conocias te van a encantar, aplasta la masa tan finita como gustes, tienen varias formas para cocinarlas, espero que les gusten.

ingredientes:(10 unidades)
1kg harina de trigo
3/4 taza de leche e polvo (opcional)
1/4 taza de aceite (uso oliva como opción mas saludable)
620ml de agua (recomiendo agregarla por partes)
1 cda sal
2 cdas azucar
1 cda levadura
**opcional 1/3 taza de semillas de ajojoli , lleva la masa a otro nivel les recomiendo que las prueben asi.

pizzas de zaatar
oregano arabe lo compro preparado lleva (oregano/zumac /semillas de sesamo /sal)
se disuelve con aceite hasta que lo cubra y se deja tan espeso o liviano dependiendo tu gusto.

pizzas de banadura w basal (tomate y cebolla).
2 tomates en cubos
1 cebolla mediana
1 cdita pimienta negra/sal/picante
1 cdita zumac
chorrito de aceite de oliva

pizzas de queso:
si dispongo de queso akawe usamos este quitándole el exceso de sal,
otra opción es hacerlas de mozarella mezclado con un poco de queso semi duro.

mi pizza favorita es la mixta, coloco queso sobre la masa y le agrego el zaatar en polvo.

la de tomate y cebolla bien tostada con queso por arriba es divina tambien.
