Unity Breath (1 min): Inhale slowly imagining Source drawing in — feel yourself connected to the One. Exhale imagining that connection expand outward to the nearest person. Repeat 6 times.

Shadow glance (1 min): Think of one small habit or fear you’d like to loosen. Name it silently. Ask: “How would love handle this?” Breathe into the answer.

Service act (1 min): Commit to one tiny outward act today (a kind word, a forgiveness text, a short prayer for someone). Finish with: “So it is.” (or your preferred closing)
