While they highlight women in executive roles (which still account for under 30% of S&P 500 leadership), they celebrate a cultural shift towards "stereotypically feminine leadership styles," claiming it is necessary for the "knowledge society."

Some say Western society is actively replacing masculine traits with maternal ones. Fewer men are attending college, there is a declining willingness to engage in conflict, and there is a widespread adoption of "individual-choice norms" that prioritize comfort over ambition. Is this a balance? Or does it represent an engineered inversion of societal values?
