Don’t Allow the Mind to Limit Your Experience

Your mind is great, but only in giving you messages from your higher self or divine beings. For downloads, for telepathy, for moments of instant knowing from divine consciousness. But when you use it in a fear based way of constantly seeking (for safety), reacting, telling stories, or projecting your fear based beliefs, then you are limiting your experience.

While yes, the mind can also help to manifest your best life using visualization, and transport you to other realms in meditation, it tends to also spend a lot of time trying to protect you.

This world projects out so many fear based narratives and stimuli, and we have been taught to navigate via the mind, to be reactive, all locking us in to a very disempowering scenario, essentially allowing others to create through us. But it is time to take your power back by coming back to your center, your heart, and reconnecting with your higher self to lead you. To feel into things, truth check them, and heal our old reactions.

The truth is, if you can stay out of that fear based seeking mind constantly limiting you, and just stay present and open, you will experience your best life. The one planned by your soul. Whatever your dreams are in your heart is the divine plan. But when your mind takes over in trying to control the experience out of self protection - you veer off path and you limit the experience.

Pay attention - stay present and come back to your heart! Feel into it, ask your higher self for clarity, and just let go! It will all work out beyond what you can imagine! Breathe - relax - allow the best outcomes to flow in without resistance!
