Starbucks Unpopular Changes

Video 633 Starbucks continues to drop in profitability as their new CEO puts on more unpopular changes. This is the same CEO that caused so much backlash for Chipotle last year. So far the changes have been:

1. Baristas are supposed to write on cups, take time to talk to customers and be super friendly, be great at making coffee, and it’s slowing everything way down.
2. He instituted a Que to speed up orders, which employees are complaining is complicating things and making them go slower.
3. He removed popular menu items leading to customer backlash.
4. He is pushing gluten free and hi protein. People don’t go to Starbucks for health, they want coffee and a pastry comon man.

I think it’s going to continue to go the wrong direction until they get rid of him. Do you agree?
