INDIFFERENCE - DIGNITY

In today's Gospel, once again, we have Jesus turning society upside down. What was true then is even more true today. We all know the names of the rich and powerful. Rarely do we know the name of the poor man or family in our community who needs our help. We don't have to go to the other side of the world to find them; they are right in our community. But yet, it is more likely that poor man in our community will end up in heaven. Jesus is telling us we have it backwards. Rather than indifference to the poor, we need to show dignity. In the Gospel Jesus tells us the name of the poor man while the rich man remains just a rich man. The other readings point to this same message. We hope you will watch and tell others about us. Your money isn't welcomed here; just your prayers and continued support.
A funny thing: about three months ago we posted a video that featured Steve Bannon on both Rumble and YouTube. We received a "strike" from YouTube for inappropriate content. We used to get 20-30 views on YouTube; ever since that "strike" we get one or two. Where is the free speech?
