Barking

Barking. The use of animals to harass me isn’t new, the spies have dogs barking next to my apartment’s door or in the street, near my apartment. At the place where I was staying in Santiago, Chile, there were a huge number of dogs as well, barking 24/7, curiously, if you walked two blocks away from where I was, in any direction, dogs would vanish, not a single one.
