Daniel - Part 03
The lesson on September 28. 2025 was part 3 of the “Daniel” study. Wayne recounted his accident, where he tripped and bruised his thumbs, emphasizing the importance of thumbs in daily life. He discussed the significance of the Bible’s preservation and inspiration, emphasizing that God says the Bible is preserved and inspired which includes copies of copies! He continued in Daniel 2 and the dream of Nebuchadnezzar. Stewart highlighted the importance of rightly dividing Scripture, citing 2 Timothy 2:15 and Deuteronomy 17. Daniel was given the interpretation of Nebuchadnezzar’s dream. He explored the symbolism of the stone cut out without hands, linking it to the deity of Jesus Christ and spent some time looking at the scriptures containing “made with hands” and “made without hands” and showed how we are connected with scripture containing “made without hands” in Colossians 2:9-12 KJV “9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: 11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: 12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.” This ties in with Ephesians 4:4-6 KJV “4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. Wayne then noted the recurring number seven in the Bible, suggesting its deeper theological meanings. We took time to explore the conclusions of Brandon Petersons book “Sealed By The King: Intricate Patterns and Details Pointing to God’s Inspiration over the 1611 Holy Bible in English” He offers a free download with a contribution from his website.
The scripture reading was from Matthew 18:21-22 KJV “21 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? 22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.”
