Ninja Gaiden II: The Dark Sword of Chaos is the 1990 sequel to the popular Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) video game. Following up on the original game's success, the sequel brings back the cinematic cutscenes and adds new mechanics, such as the ability to create "Shadow Clones" that mimic your movements to multiply your attack power. The game follows Ryu Hayabusa as he embarks on a mission to defeat the new villain, Ashtar, and destroy the powerful Dark Sword.
