The family of the deceased Stardust Racers rider at Epic Universe in Orland has hired a lawyer and wants answer from the park on what happened.

On September 17, 2025 a park guest died in what medical examiners ruled to be from multiple blunt impact injuries. According to Universal and the state inspection agency, the roller coaster was operating normally and no mistakes were made on the part of employees.
