Drs. Jeffrey Seif and Barri Cae Seif share their personal experiences of growing up in the Jewish faith and observing the Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur, as ordained in Leviticus 16 and 23. This is the most solemn day of the year for Jewish people as they confess their sins in hopes of reconciling themselves to God. The Al Chet ( https://thejewishroad.com/al-chet ) the prayer confessing the wide variety of sins can also be helpful to followers of Yeshua, the “Reconciler”.

This outreach, Shalom Israel, is part of the work of Sar Shalom Israel, a 501(c)(3) IRS-approved nonprofit ministry. Through frequent charity trips to Israel, we share the love of God with both Arab and Jewish communities by meeting practical needs and building bridges of care and compassion.
Whether you can join us on the ground or prefer to connect virtually, we welcome you to be part of our mission. We regularly share videos and updates to show how God’s love is being poured out in the Holy Land.
