Kevin A. Dunlap began his entrepreneurial journey in 2004 in real estate investing, later publishing his first book, Lease Options Made Easy, in 2015 to establish authority in the field. That book opened doors to speaking opportunities and inspired a lifelong passion for writing. He went on to publish three more nonfiction works before turning his creativity toward science fiction, launching The Crimson Alliance Universe in 2024 with multiple stories already released. Today, Kevin is the founder of Green Quill Media, where he coaches aspiring authors to complete their manuscripts and successfully self-publish their work.
