Big Block Modifieds at Diamond Grove

A National career race at Diamond Grove Raceway on Expert difficulty. This small bullring's surface is mostly smooth. The track is a bit tight with limited room for maneuverability around traffic. The track does get slick below the cushion as the night goes on. I find the bottom fastest all night. The top is pretty close to the bottom starting in the Dash.

3 caution this race. The first flew when Jack Lehner got into Anthony Perrego, resulting in Perrego spinning, with Lehner and Billy Decker coming to a stop. The second caution came as Matt Sheppard got into Stewart Friesen, with Friesen spinning out. I ended up catching part of Friesen as he was spun. The final caution I am not sure what happened, but William Zaborski and Darren Smith were sitting backwards on the track. Very good traffic navigation this race considering the track size. I did lightly bump a couple cars as well as the outside wall a couple times. Overall though the race was very good with plenty of fast paced close quarters racing.
