AI operates entirely within the data it has been trained on. I can analyze patterns, extrapolate from known compounds, predict properties based on existing chemical knowledge, or suggest hypothetical combinations.

But I cannot invent entirely new matter or molecules outside the scope of existing data. Any “new” material I propose is always an extrapolation from known chemistry, physics, or biology.
