🔑🚪 Final Lock Change on This Nightmare House 🔒🔥

Wrapping up the last lock change on this property — the back door. This house was a complete key-and-lock nightmare. The homeowner had so many mismatched locks that we were juggling eight different keys just to access the property.

That’s confusing for me, frustrating for tenants, and unprofessional for the homeowner. Imagine moving in and needing a different key for every door in the house… total chaos.

Here’s what I did today:

🔧 Changed out the final lock on the back door.

🔑 Reduced the total number of keys from eight down to just two.

✅ Simplified access for tenants and restored order for property management.

💡 Why this matters in property management:

Tenants expect simplicity and security. One or two keys max, not a keyring from a medieval castle.

Too many keys means higher risk of lost keys, lockouts, and liability.

A clean, streamlined system makes life easier for tenants, homeowners, and property managers.

👉 Property management isn’t always glamorous — sometimes it’s grinding through the small details, like changing locks, to make sure the property is truly tenant-ready.

From a confusing mess to a clean solution. That’s the difference between sloppy management and professional management.

Let’s Get to Work! Let’s Go! 💪
