"State Organs" is a 2024 documentary film directed by Raymond Zhang. The film tells the story of two families in China who embark on a 20-year journey to find their missing relatives. Along the way, they uncover a state-run organ harvesting operation that has been destroying the lives of thousands of innocent victims. The film is based on the real-life persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, who were targeted for organ harvesting by the Chinese Communist Party. Political prisoners, mainly Falun Gong practitioners, are executed on-demand and their organs removed while some are still alive.
